We were privileged to host the UN Resident Coordinator for Lebanon, Mr. Imran RIza who met with Dr. Tamara Elzein, the Secretary General of CNRS-L. This was followed by a visit to the National Center for Natural Hazards and Early Warning, where the impacts of war and the daily monitoring of hostile activities by Israel in southern Lebanon were presented. Future collaboration were also discussed.
