1. Delete Account
We understand that you may wish to delete your account and ensure your data privacy. To proceed with the deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:
Option 1:
• Open Leb Alerts App.
• Navigate to the profile section by tapping on your profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select the "Account Settings" option.
• Locate and tap on "Delete Account."
• A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you're sure you want to delete your account. Press "Yes" to proceed with the deletion.
• Once confirmed, your account will be scheduled for deletion from our database.
Option 2:
• Send an email to info@ewsp.gov.lb from the email address associated with your account.
• In the subject line, please write "Account Deletion Request."
• In the body of the email, include your account details such as your username or email address to help us locate your account.
• Once we receive your request, we will proceed to delete your account from our database.
2. Data Retention
Upon deleting your account, the following types of data will be deleted:
• Personal information such as your name, email address, and any other details provided during registration.
• Any content or data associated with your account within the app.
3. Retention Period
We do not retain any data after your account deletion request has been processed.
4. Confirmation
After we have deleted your account from our database, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided. This email will serve as confirmation that your account has been successfully deleted.
