A delegation from CNRS Lebanon, led by the Secretary General Dr. Tamara Elzein, recently visited CIMA Research Foundation in Italy to strengthen the partnership under SEALACOM project.

During the visit, both institutions formalized their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), outlining areas of cooperation and strategies to maintain this successful partnership.

Together, the focus is on enhancing Lebanon’s #earlywarningsystems for Multihazards, including #floods and #wildfires . With technical expertise from Cima Research Foundation, we aim to empower communities with effective prediction tools to minimize the impact of these natural hazards.
